THE SPIRIT OF NEW WINE HOST TO APPEAR DURING KRCB LIVE WINE AUCTION

On Sunday October 19, Denise Ingrid Brickel, host and producer of The Spirit of New Wine, will appear as a guest during the KRCB Channel 22 live wine auction.

Brickel will be interviewed by Rob Barnett, CEO of VinVillage, a KRCB wine auction partner. VinVillage (www.vinvillage.com) is a free social organization dedicated to wine that connects members across the country through local events and a dynamic online community. Following the auction at 11 p.m., local residents will be able to see Sweeter than Wine, the second episode of The Spirit of New Wine series.

“The wine auction raises much-needed funds for PBS affiliate KRCB,” stated Brickel. “We are honored to be associated with this event, and hope that local residents will not only watch but participate in this worthy cause.”

The Spirit of New Wine is a three-part documentary that chronicles Brickel’s visit to California wine country, where the she explores wine’s relationship to culture, music, food, faith and more.
